Dans le but d’établir le profil épidémiologique des adénopathies chroniques une étude rétrospective sur 10 ans (du 1er janvier 1993 au 31 décembre 2003) a été réalisée au laboratoire anatomie pathologique de la Faculté des Sciences de la Santé de l’Université Abdou Moumouni de Niamey. Sur 9034 diagnostics histologiques enregistrés les 320 concernent les adénopathies soit un taux de 3,55%, la majorité des nos patients sont relativement jeune constituant 67,18% soit 215 cas sur 320 de notre série, avec un âge compris entre 1 à 40 ans. Les adénopathies malignes sont prédominantes (167 cas, soit 56,18%) ensuite viennent les adénopathies inflammatoires (45,32% soit 145 cas) et les autres adénopathies (8 cas, soit 2,5%). Il faut souligner enfin la prédominance des lésions ganglionnaires sur les sexes masculins (59,06%) entre 40,94% chez la femme. In order to establish the epidemiological profile in concern with the chronical adenopathy, a ten years retrospective study ( from January 1st 1993 to December 31th 2003) has been realized in the laboratory of anatomy pathology of the faculty of health science of ABDOU MOUMOUNI University of Niamey. On the histopathological diagnosis of 9.034 cases registered, 320 cases are related to the adenopathy, so a rate of 3,55%. The majority of the patients are young.. On the 320 cases registered, 215 cases are 1-40 years which represent a rate of 67,18%. Then is a predominance of malignant denopathy (167 cases with a rate of 56,18%), then inflammatory adenopathy (145 cases with a rate of 45,32%) and the other adenopathy ( 8 cases with a rate of 2,5%). We must underline the predominance of the ganglionnaire lesion on the male sex (59,06%) but only (40,94%) in concern with the female sex. |
